There are a few things that can help you DO and stay on the path of DO(ING):
-Get 8 hours of sleep.
Set a bed time and follow through. Not only will your more likely to workout and eat right on a great nights sleep but good sleep reduces cortisol, a fat producing hormone, and sleep repairs your muscle after a good training session.
-Plan your meals.
Planing your meals, allows you to have a prepped food ready and will not get hungry, but if you do get hungry you are less likely to make unhealthy eating choices.
-Plan your workouts.
Whether you have a trainer or workout without, it is good to have a plan of what you are going to do for your workout. Trainers will have it all planned out for you but if you are with a friend or by yourself bring a workout plan. If you don't, you will not know your progress or path, which without, you more likely to loose motivation.
Once you decide that you want to get into shape or live a healthier lifestyle, you need to be determined and dedicate yourself to it. Continuing on this positive path is not always easy but you will find new empowerment in your success and dedication.
Plan and following through is the key. If you fall off your path for a moment, don't look back and don't beat yourself up. Get up, Get on the plan, and hit those Goals!
